Office Hours

While our hours may change occasionally, we are usually open:
Monday                          9 a.m. – 6 p.m
Tuesday – Thursday   8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Appointments

Initial Examination: As a new patient, you’ll be examined by Dr. Foley and he will discuss his initial ideas regarding your orthodontic situation. If you want to proceed to the next level, he will need more detailed information to design a customized treatment plan.

Dental Records: The records may consist of impressions for models (statues of your teeth), clinical photographs, and/or some dental x-rays. These will then be measured and reviewed. For many patients, the dental records can be completed on the same day as the initial examination.

Consultation: At this appointment, the treatment plan is presented and any questions you may have are discussed. After your payment options are finalized and a contract is signed, the actual orthodontic treatment can be scheduled.

Treatment: Orthodontic treatment typically requires a longer appointment when the braces are first placed on the teeth. While the teeth are moving, the appliances need to be briefly adjusted every four to six weeks. We advise the parents of our school-aged patients that some procedures and some appointments will need to be during school hours. We realize that many of the parents and schools do not want children to be taken out of school for orthodontic appointments, but it will occasionally be required.

Payment Information

For your convenience, we offer several payment options. During the consultation, our Treatment Coordinator will help you select the plan that works best for you and your family.

Monthly contract payments can be conveniently and automatically drafted from a bank account or credit card. If you have dental insurance, our experienced staff will help you submit your insurance paperwork. We accept payment from most insurance companies even if we are out of their networks. There is also a discount for those who elect to pay their contract in full at the beginning of treatment.
